THE BAND

The Story
Their story can be traced back to one date, December 17, 2022. JJ was filling in on drums for Snakeskin Cowboy, and Hayden was filling in on vocals for Rok Hollywood. Although they didn't meet that night, JJ "had" to play with this guy. After a few weeks, the two connected on Facebook and agreed to form a band. This started the process of finding the other pieces. Shortly after this conversation, JJ found Jackson on a Facebook musicians group. With a short message including a few songs, Jackson was up for jamming. The three decided to meet regardless of not having a bassist. Jackson knew a place they might be able to practice from his previous band, so on February 28, 2023, the first songs were performed. Those songs included Black Dog, Cum On Feel The Noize, Paranoid, Aint Talkin' Bout Love, Holy Diver, Rock You Like a Hurricane, Helter Skelter, and Dirty White Boy. They all decided it was something they could build on and scheduled another date to play. On March 16, they all headed to The Cabin in Bloomington for an open jam night. Hayden recruited his bassist friend from a previous band to join. Will rocked it and was officially in the band that night. On May 3, Major Danger officially became the band name. On May 11, they meet Jared at the Thursday night open jam at The Cabin. They invited him to practice the following Monday and ultimately invited him to join the band after jamming. On June 6, Major Danger performed live for the first time at The Cabin. From there, they've performed at Piere's, The Bluebird, Harley-Davidson of Bloomington, Our Lady of Perpetual Hops, multiple festivals, holiday events, local bars, and private parties.

As of September 2024, Hayden quit the band and as of November 2024, Jackson, Will, and Jared are no longer members. Major Danger is not performing any shows for the foreseeable future.
